LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Dumond Designed Amps takes pride in manufacturing reliable, hand-made pedals and amplifiers. Our products go through a very thorough testing process prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your device, D-DAS will repair or replace any pedal or amp that we have manufactured for as long as the company is in business. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the graphics, enclosure, hardware, switches, knobs or any of our devices that are purposefully modified, or destroyed by anyone other than D-DAS. Customers are responsible for the shipping of warranty claims back to D-DAS and return shipping back to the customer.
We do not charge for warranty repairs. We only will charge for repairs that are due to customer modification or damage. We stand behind our products and are here to help resolve any issues.

Before contacting us to open a repair case, please make sure the problem occurs with only our device in the chain, straight to guitar and amp. Also make sure to try more than one power supply. Please make sure to double check. The majority of issues our customers experience are due to faulty power supplies, or bad cables, not our pedals or amps.
Also, check out our Troubleshooting FAQ. If none of this helps, please open a case for repair by emailing support@dumondamps.com. Once your repair request has been approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be clearly printed on the outside of your shipping container.
• Our Customer Service Department must be contacted to start a claim ticket prior to any product shipment to us.
• If a product needs to be returned to D-DAS for warranty repair, or replacement, a RMA number needs to be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to shipment to us.
• Defective products must be shipped, together with proof of purchase, and a prepaid return label, directly to D-DAS.
• Products must be shipped to us in their original packaging or equivalent; loss or damage in transit and its risks are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must clearly appear in large print directly below the shipping address.
• Please include a brief description of the defect, as well as your correct return address, email address, and best reachable telephone number.
• Always refer to the RMA, when calling or corresponding about your warranty claim.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your repair.
